Option I - externally closed condition

Specification of an annual house model

• external walls thickness 15cm,
• external walls planking, boards 3.4cm thick (5 different façade options),
• roof structure 16cm thick,
• roofing: planking covered with roofing paper (5 different roofing options),
• wooden, full internal doors,
• wooden windows glazed with double glass k = 1.1,
• wooden internal stairs: straight string stairs (in houses with a used attic),
• blind ceilings between floors, 18cm thick, trimmed with OSB boards, 22mm thick,
• proofing of construction elements,
• ground floor walls 250cm high,
• partition walls,
• painting façade preservation,
• high vapour-proof foil.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

• assembly of the externally closed condition in compliance with the specification,
• transport up to 80km from the Company’s HQ,
• a standard design in Polish.

An investor’s duties include:

• assisting in unloading and the first day of assembly,
• providing accommodation to three workers in the course of the assembly,
• securing any legal issues (permits, supervision),
• internal arrangement and decoration,
• preparing foundations.

Optionally our Company may provide:

• foundation,
• a ‘turn-key’ house,
• implementing various modifications.

OPTION II - comprehensively trimmed condition (turn-key system)

• electrical system with a connecting box,
• water and sewage system,
• electrical and bathroom fittings including external labour (materials provided by the Investor),
• insulation with mineral wool and wall and roof trimming with wood panelling or gypsum boards (materials and labour),
• insulation and trim of partition walls,
• internal doors,
• wooden flooring on the ground floor, skirting,
• tiles in the bathroom,
• a three-layer system chimney,
• a roof with sheet tiles, gutters,
• central heating system (heaters charged extra), central heating furnace (double-function) without a container, including assembly,
• window sills.
